By visiting our internet presence, information on the access (date, time, page) can be stored on the server. This does not constitute any evaluation of individual-related data (e. g. name, address, e-mail). In case individual-related data are gathered, this will exclusively be done in accordance with each valid data protection law and only with previous consent of the website user.

Individual-related data will only be stored and used, if they are transmitted actively. Contact data stated in inquiries, will exclusively be used for correspondence, e. g. responses to inquiries. Distribution of these data to third parties will not take place without explicit consent of the user.

We explicitly point out, that the transfer of data in the internet (e. g. via e-mail) can exhibit security flaws. Therefore, gapless security of data concerning access of third parties cannot be warranted. We cannot assume liability for any damages occurring by such security flaws.

You can dissent later processing of your related data at any time acc. to art. 21 DSGVO, and revoke given consent acc. to art. 7, section 3 DSGVO.
Utilisation of published contact data by third parties for the purposes of advertising is explicitly prohibited. We reserve the right for legal steps in cases of unsolicited delivery of promotion information, e. g. via spam mails.

We use fonts („Google Fonts“) of the provider Google Ireland Ltd., Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. According to statements of Google, these user data are only used for the purpose of depiction of fonts in the browser of the users. Inclusion is done based on our eligible interest on a technically safe, maintenance-free and efficient utilisation of fonts and their consistent depiction, as well as consideration of any possible licence-related restrictions for their inclusion.
